The breakfast is one of the best. Staff are friendly and held my ferry due to the ferry was late from O2. The room was comfortable. I liked the friendly staff and their help.

free ferry underground parking good options modern room
I found the free ferry to Canary Wharf a real bonus. It offered more transport options. I also appreciated the parking under the hotel. It made things easy. The breakfast had many options (I particularly enjoyed the pastries). I also thought the rooms were modern.
I noticed the room was a bit sparsely furnished.

The rooms include air conditioning, nice. Rooms are quiet, so sleeping should be no problem. A TV is also in the room, which allows you to connect a fire stick or PlayStation.

I found this location to be great with good access to the city. Access to Uber boats is a plus. The C10 bus can take you to your destination, or you can transfer to the underground.

the reception worker nimmy was lovely she was super kind and helpful. great cocktails were available in the bar. i found the breakfast good it had a great variety.
my room lacked a fridge. the room also lacked usb sockets which i would expect now. i found it difficult for my kids to sleep because of loud music from a nearby pub it was heard through the windows.

the room had air conditioning it was very quiet. i appreciated the short walk to the blacksmith's arms pub for dinner. i took the c10 bus to my destination. this transport option was convenient.
the receptionist did not offer solutions on arrival. i found the breakfast mediocre. there was little choice in rolls and no scrambled eggs. the sink in the bathroom was also very small.

rusty bathroom dated room
my stay experienced a couple of issues. the room was a bit dated. the bathroom needed some attention due to rusty tiles. there were no biscuits provided with the morning tea. the lack of biscuits with morning tea was quite disappointing.

I stayed in a double guest room for three nights. My room was spacious and clean. I found the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom had plenty of towels. The free ferry service provided convenient transport to Canary Wharf.
The gym was no longer available for use , a slight disappointment.

Breakfast included a great choice of cooked food alongside a large selection of continental fruit and pastries. The hotel offers accessible bus stops nearby. One bus stops only an hour away from the city centre. The hotel also offers free boat rides to the other bank.

smooth and easy stay
comfortable bed helpful staff room service
my double guest room had a view of the river. i really appreciate the helpful and cute staff at reception. the bed was comfortable, and the room service option made everything easier. breakfast had wide choice of items, it suited everyone.
there wasnt any ventilation in MY room. all our belongings were wet from condensation. lack of a window TO open wasnt ideal.
